Prerequisites: In order to enroll in this course, each student needs to do one of the following:

• Have a math SAT score of 610 or higher
• Have an ACT score of 27 or higher
• 128 Readiness test score of 11 or higher
• Pass Math 124 class with grade C- or higher

Grading Policy and Scale:

Homework		50 (rescaled)
Quizzes (announced)	Lowest score dropped	40 (rescaled)
Tests (on materials covered in class since the previous test):		3 x 70 = 210
Final Exam (comprehensive)		100
Total		400

Make-up policy: In principle there will be no make-up/early tests or final exam. However, if for some valid reason you miss a test, please contact me for special arrangements. There are no make-up or early quizzes. Late HW will not be accepted.
