Grading Policies: There will be three
exams (aggregate: 220 points), quizzes (aggregate: 20-40 points) and a final (100 points).
Homework: If a homework grader is assigned, homework will be collected.
Points will be rescaled at the end of the semester to
count for a total of 40 points.
If a homework grader is not assigned, the number of quizzes will be increased
and the total points of quizzes will be increased (but not necessarily by 40).
Missed Quizzes: Makeups for quizzes will not be given. The lowest score will be dropped.
Missed Exams : Makeup exams will only be given in exceptional cases with supporting documents.
Letter Grades: A: 90%; B 80%; C 70%; D 60%.
