Prof.
Kauneckis specializes in public policy, institutional analysis, environmental
policy and methodology. His research examines the evolution of governance
institutions and how rule structure influences decision making and policy
outcomes. Current work focuses on the emergence of collaborative environmental
policy, property right institutions and science and technology policy in
the American states.
He holds a M.S. in International Development from UC Davis
and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Indiana University at Bloomington.
