This Website illustrates the data analysis procedures for the computer examples in the various chapters and the chapter exercises in Appendix A in the fifth edition of Applied Statistics for the Behavior Sciences. For each example and exercise, there is a four step process, including:  

 
  • Procedures for entering, downloading and managing the data
  • Procedures for analyzing data using SPSS
  • Output from SPSS for all examples and exercises
  • Interpretations of the results of the data analysis
 
To complete these exercises, you will need SPSS 10.0 or newer version, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
