Research Interests.  Geometric topology: group actions, generalized Seifert spaces and fiberings, and fixed-point theory. Current projects (in collaboration with Prof. Ed Keppelmann of UNR) include  Nielsen theory applied to classical 3-dimensional Seifert-fibered spaces, and  two-dimensional orbifold morphisms.

Spring 2006 class.     Linear Algebra: Math 330.

Artistic activity.   My work over the past few years has concentrated on large scale, black-and-white  photography, most particularly pictures taken at night.  These pieces are as much fiction as they are documentary.  I am represented by Galerie Anne Barrault (Paris) http://www.galerieannebarrault.com/ , and by Foley Gallery in NewYork  http://www.foleygallery.com/
In Nevada,  I have had solo exhibitions at  the MacNamara  Gallery at UNR (2003), at the Churchill Arts Council's Oatspark Gallery in Fallon, and at the NAC's OXS Gallery in Carson City (2005).  My work has been  shown several times at the Sheppard Gallery (UNR) and the Nevada Museum of Art; a few recent pieces will be included in a group exhibit at the Stremmel Gallery in Reno this coming July (2006).
