Travel: By air, fly to the Cedar Rapids airport (also called the Eastern Iowa Airport) and take shuttle - either to the Heartland or to the Department of Mathematics , if you wish, and are arriving before 5PM on Friday, November 2. The airport code for the Cedar Rapids airport is CID. The Math Dept. is in Mac Lean Hall on the Southwest corner of the Pentacrest of the campus of the U. of I. The shuttle drivers will know where that is. They will also know where the Heartland Inn is.

If you plan to drive, take exit 244 (1st Ave.) south. Go to Highway Six, also called 2nd St. Take a left onto 2nd St, and then exit 2nd St. immediately into the parking lot for Heartland Inn and several other businesses and restaurants. (The address is: 87 Second St., Coralville, IA 52241. See www.heartlandinns.com/loc_IowaCity.php Please note that you must call the Heartland to get the group rate. You cannot register on line *and* get the group rate.

Schedule: Most participants will arrive on Friday, November 2. We will organize a dinner. The meeting itself will begin Saturday, November 3, at 9 AM and end at Noon, Sunday, November 4.

Talks are welcome. Please send Paul Muhly titles and abstracts. A schedule will be posted and updated later.
