As we utilize an electronic review process in which manuscripts are posted electronically to a special Web site for review, we now accept roughly 90 percent of our manuscripts through email attachment.  We also offer an IBM disk submission option through regular postal mail.  If you are submitting a manuscript to CE&S, please review our submission tutorial below for updated guidelines and procedures.  

The Tutorial is a series of slides in presentation format that you can view online.  It will take about 5-10 minutes to complete.  You should use the Internet Explorer browser to view the presentation.  Alternatively, you can right click on the link below and use the "Save Target As" option (Explorer) or "Save Link As" option (Netscape) and save the submit.ppt file to your local hard drive (and then open manually within your PowerPoint software).
