The Chemstores does not sell glass tubing. Glass tubing can be obtain from the Glassblower, Bill Cobb, whose workshop is located in Leifson Physics room B13. Glass tubing has a variety of uses in the organic chemistry labs; most often it is used to build a vacuum trap for vacuum filtration.

Glass tubing is cut to the desired length with a triangular file.
