Centrifuge tubes resemble test tubes, but are supplied with special screw-caps and each features a conical, pointed tip. As such, they are a bit more difficult to clean than test tubes, so be sure to only use a centrifuge tube when you actually need to centrifuge a solution.

Chem 345, 347, and 348 equipment drawers should contain 2 centrifuge tubes, with caps.
